Blogging my life Away

I have been sitting here all day trying to figure out how to create a blog, what a URL is, etc. I am doing this because I am going to be a new online student at Argosy University.  I need to know how to blog for assignments. I appreciate that I am going back to school. This has always been a dream of mine.
